Amy Robbins

Amy Robbins is the founder of Youthful Magnolia and a highly trained medical professional with a unique blend of advanced anesthesia expertise and functional, regenerative medicine.
She first earned her Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia (MSNA), where she developed exceptional skills in precision, safety, and patient-centered care across complex surgical settings. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), Amy built her foundation on meticulous attention to detail, risk management, and ensuring patient comfort at the highest level.
Driven by a passion for prevention and whole-body wellness, she later became a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)to expand her scope into comprehensive, evidence-based care focused on hormone balance, chronic condition management, and proactive health optimization.
Today, Amy blends her extensive medical background with advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatments — specializing in collagen preservation, peptide therapy, energy-based devices, and natural facial rejuvenation. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every plan is customized to enhance natural beauty while supporting long-term wellness from the inside out.

Allie Barnes earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Texas Christian University. Her clinical foundation was built over eight years in the Pediatric Oncology Unit at Cook Children’s Medical Center, where she developed exceptional precision, compassion, and a deep respect for patient trust.
Today, Allie brings that same level of clinical excellence to aesthetics and regenerative wellness at Youthful Magnolia. In addition to her work here, she continues to round at long-term care facilities, practices in primary care, and teaches the Pediatric Oncology elective at TCU — reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and medical leadership.
Allie’s approach to aesthetics is thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in whole-body health. Whether she’s enhancing facial balance with injectables or supporting patients through wellness protocols, her focus is always on natural results that feel aligned and confidence-boosting.
Outside of the clinic, Allie stays active with RevFit training, competes in HYROX events, attends TCU football games, and is a proud mama to many fur babies. Though she grew up in Austin, she proudly calls Fort Worth home — and is still on a mission to find the city’s best patio queso.

Mona Lyons is a former educator turned registered nurse whose passion for helping others has guided every chapter of her career. With a strong clinical background in pediatrics, Mona brings compassion, precision, and a patient-centered approach to her work in aesthetics.
Now specializing in aesthetic injectables and facial rejuvenation, Mona combines medical expertise with a thoughtful, personalized approach to treatment planning. She is committed to ongoing education and advanced training, ensuring each patient receives customized care designed to enhance natural features while maintaining balance and harmony.
Mona believes aesthetic medicine should feel empowering, collaborative, and even enjoyable — creating results that help patients look refreshed and feel confident.
Outside of the clinic, Mona enjoys reading, coaching and participating in CrossFit, and spending time with her husband of seven years and their two sons, Luke and Austin.

Skyler specializes in combining medical-grade skincare, laser technology, and injectables to create balanced, natural-looking outcomes tailored to each individual.

She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia (DNAP) while continuing to care for patients at Youthful Magnolia — bringing an exceptional level of precision, safety, and clinical excellence to aesthetic medicine.

As a Licensed Clinical Laser Technician (L-CLT) and Laser Safety Officer (LSO), she specializes in advanced Sciton technologies including HALO®, MOXI®, and BBL HERO™, as well as SkinPen® and mesoneedling to support collagen production and long-term skin renewal.
Amber’s foundation as a Permanent Makeup Artist and Educator — specializing in Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Brow Laminations — gives her a refined artistic eye that enhances her clinical precision. She seamlessly blends aesthetics and science to deliver results that feel natural, radiant, and confidence-boosting.
